Tripod.com is another location for free web sites that you can build with no HTML experience needed. There are also some online groups you can join to share common interests.
Angelfire.com gives you yet another alternative providing free web pages you can design without HTML.
FreeYellow.com provides free lifetime websites! These can be designed without HTML knowledge. This site also includes an online business opportunity.
SureSite.com combines free web sites with an optional business opportunity. You are able to make web pages here without any HTML knowledge.
